Following you will find an update on my bicycle riding statistics for week 12 of 2019. The update covers the dates Monday 19th of March to Sunday 25th of March.
|Saturday||14.7 km||61 mins|
|Sunday||13.1 km||51 mins|
|Total||27.8 km||112 mins|
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total distance of 14.7 km. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total distance of 13.1 km.
I got on the bike a total of 2 times this week for a total distance of 27.8 km. Giving me an average of 13.9 km per day across the week. My total time on the bike this week was 1 hour and 52 minutes. With my riding this week that gives me 736.5 km year to date, leaving 4,263.5 km for my goal.
As I mentioned last week I have been away for a few days this week. A trip to the Sunshine Coast, for a few days away. I had hoped to maybe look at the idea of renting a bike, but it just did not work out.
So with only two days of riding, I have pushed up my daily needed distance a little. I started the week needing 14.95 km per day and ended the week now needing 15.22 km per day. So I lost all of the benefits that I gained last week from doing a little more. But that is something that I will have to do with weeks where I might be away for some days.
