I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total distance of 20.5 km. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total distance of 10.1 km.
I got on the bike a total of 7 times this week for a total distance of 95.9 km. Giving me an average of 15.98 km per ride day across the week. My total time on the bike this week was 6 hours and 5 minutes. With my riding this week that gives me 832.4 km year to date, leaving 4,167.6 km for my goal.
I did not quite get the week where it needed to be, but that is the day that I missed a ride on Saturday. Still happy to at least have a good week after missing days last week with my trip away.
The average needed to edge up a little more again. I started the week needing 15.22 km per day and by the end of the week needed 15.26 km per day to get the goal for the year.
One thing to keep in mind I am trying to give the average distance per ride day in the Riding Numbers section. That means that I may average more than I need per day in this section, but because I only did a ride 6 days of the week that is why it increases.
