I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total distance of 20.1 km. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total distance of 15.9 km.
I got on the bike a total of 7 times this week for a total distance of 119.2 km. Giving me an average of 17.03 km per day across the week. My total time on the bike this week was 7 hours and 9 minutes. With my riding this week that gives me 951.6 km year to date, leaving 4,048.4 km for my goal.
The week is a much better one than the last couple of weeks. That is not to say that last week was not good, but it still was a little lower than I would like. This week has absolutely helped me gain back some ground on the weeks that I have been a little short.
I started the week needing 15.26 km per day to reach the goal and at the end of the week, this was down to 15.21 km per day. Every little bit helps and as long as I keep it within a small range that is alright.
