I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total distance of 20.2 km. While the lowest day was Saturday with a total distance of 11.6 km.
I got on the bike a total of 7 times this week for a total distance of 120.3 km. Giving me an average of 17.19 km per day across the week. My total time on the bike this week was 7 hours and 40 minutes. With my riding this week that gives me 1,452 km year to date, leaving 3,548 km for my goal.
The week ended up a slight increase in last weeks riding. I am happy with the outcome as it is a little more consistent for the distance across the week. That is because the problem I find is that one or two bigs days in a week, puts you in a lesser mood to ride the other days. Where I think getting just what is needed each day or maybe a little over, is more comfortable.
As for working towards the goal, I started the week needing 14.97 km per day and finished the week needing an average of 14.90 km per day.
