Following you will find an update on my bicycle riding statistics for week 7 of 2019. The update covers the dates Monday 12th of February to Sunday 18th of February.

I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total distance of 19 km. While the lowest day was Friday with a total distance of 6.8 km.
I got on the bike a total of 7 times this week for a total distance of 88.7 km. Giving me an average of 12.67 km per day across the week. My total time on the bike this week was 5 hours and 19 minutes. With my riding this week that gives me 408.5 km year to date, leaving 4,591.5 km for my goal.
After last week things have gone a little bit back the other way and I am a little under what I needed for the week. But of course, that is the fun and games of a challenge like this sometimes you are up and sometimes you are down.
I started the week needing 14.53 km per day and finished the week needing 14.57 km per day. That is not bad and shows what being 12 km short the weekly needed distance. It actually brings me back being almost exactly on target as the distance need per day at the very start of this was 14.57 km per day.
